Hoop-ology: Hula Hoop Fitness & Fun Basics at Migun

Join us at Migun of Greenville to learn basic to intermediate hula hooping skills using custom weighted hula hoops for adults! (Kids welcome, too, but no kids under 16 are allowed to use a Migun bed.) Learn how hula hooping tones your whole body, relaxes your mind and recharges your spirit! Hoops will be provided for use at Migun. After you hoop, you’re invited to spend 30-minutes on the relaxing Migun thermal massage bed.
Cost: $15 for non-members; $5 for members
